This database contains indexes to marriage records for selected years from 221 selected counties in five states: Illinois (19), Indiana (51), Kentucky (67), Ohio (39), and Tennessee (45). There are approximately 369,000 records dating from as early as 1720 and continuing to the early 1900s. Records indexed may not be comprehensive for the time and region covered.
